On the way to school this morning, we decided that today is “Mursday” because it is a Monday that feels like a Thursday due to the Thanksgiving weekend. That makes tomorrow “Triday.” Indeed, it will be a trying day. I am substituting in a fifth grade class….on the day before Thanksgiving break. Do we think anyone will actually feel like working? I know I certainly won’t. Hopefully the teacher will have left easy lesson plans or maybe there will be an assembly that will take up an hour or so.
