Alas, November comes to an end.  I committed to sewing a bit every day in November.  I did it!  Squeezing in even five or ten minutes a day works.  The progress is slow, but it is still progress.  What I found more difficult was the daily posting.  My life just isn’t that exciting.  However, it has proven my argument I use with students about writer’s block.  When you think you have nothing write about, just start writing.  If you throw enough words onto the paper (or screen), you just might find something worthwhile.

Today, I did a tissue fitting of the Ottobre jeans that will actually be corduroys.  I have high hopes for this pattern.  Why do I bother with other patterns when Ottobre fits so well?
